If you have dental coverage, please provide us with all of the pertinent information in order for us to ensure that you can maximize your benefits. Your dental coverage will commonly cover couple of check-ups and few x-rays per year. It may also cover for other services; however, dental insurance plans do not cover for all services at 100%.

Therefore, please become familiar with your insurance policy and notify the office of any changes to your policy (i.e. — insurance carrier, group number). Please understand that every insurance policy is different and how your insurance company will reimburse you will change.
