Practice Policies

We accept cash, personal check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is expected at the time of service.

We respect your time and understand the demands of a busy schedule. Therefore, when an appointment is made, it is understood and mutually agreed upon by you and our office as time reserved exclusively for you. We make every effort to maintain our schedule and yours. So, at least a 48 hour advanced notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you may be subject to additional fees. Missing or breaking multiple appointments may also incur additional fees.
