I found Dr. Youn’s office through a referral from Dr. Sara Kim. Over the past few months, I’ve received a lot of needed dental/endodontic work done and Dr. Youn’s office was more than willing to help me with this process. Their entire office provided exceptional service, attention, and empathy to all of my needs and concerns.
Dr. Youn was very patient and thorough with me especially when I felt nervous and anxious about what treatment I needed; but, she took the time to ensure that I understood all of the options as well as reasons and pros/cons behind her recommendations so that I could feel like I was making an informed decision for myself. I’m grateful for the care and attention she provided to me and thankful for the offices’ effort to accommodate my schedule and all of my concerns.
