I had my “first” during the pandemic routine dental visit with Dr. Youn earlier this week July 13, 2020. It was a great experience and I felt totally safe and comfortable with Dr. Youn and her staff during my visit from start to finish. Prior to my appointment and for the last couple months Dr. Youn has been consistently providing informative emails to her patients to advise the measures she and her team were taking and continue make to ensure that everyone feels completely safe to return to her office for procedures. I have been a patient of Dr. Youn for years and knew that she would do only her very best. Prior to arriving at the office I was required to complete/update a COVID19 questionnaire and my personal medical history. All protocol was met for my office visit – hands-free open door for office entry; glass partition screens in the reception area; friendly, efficient and patient Linda – Dr. Youn’s assistant to put me at ease and greet me; patients are required to hand wash/sanitize when entering; undergo no touch-temperature checks; store personal items in a covered plastic bin during the visit in the exam room; I was supplied with a plastic bag to put the required mask you wear in for entry/exit to the office; Dr Youn was “suited” up with 3 different types of masks at times. New measures for new times but please don’t hesitate to make your dental appointment – with Dr. Youn and her staff you are in very good hands.
