I have been a patient

I have been a patient of Dr. Janet Youn for about seven years now. Before meeting Dr. Youn, I dreaded my annual visits to the dentist, as a result of some bad dental work as a child. Through these past seven years, I’ve come to genuinely enjoy my visits. I always knew I would be taken care of, and walked through the entire process step by step. When COVID-19 hit, Dr. Youn prioritized communication with her patients, providing us weekly updates on what the new world meant for us and how, once she was able to reopen, she would do so safely. Unfortunately for me, I moved to The Netherlands in the middle of the pandemic, unable to go in for one final cleaning before I moved, but found solace in her weekly emails, which continued as she was able to reopen. Having relocated and found a new dentist, Dr. Youn went above and beyond, sharing my xrays and historic details to ensure my new experience, with a new dentist, was a success. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Youn more. I look forward to returning back to New York to rejoin her practice as a patient.
