In this COVID-19 age, I was feeling nervous about going to the dentist but also have enormous faith in Dr. Youn. She has always treated me with care and operates her business with great integrity, always thinking three steps ahead on giving the best/safest and most up to date patient care. 24 hours before my appointment, I was asked to complete a thorough questionnaire, vetting my exposure and any risk I may represent in the equation. I arrived and was asked to sanitize my hands and also, my temperature was taken. There was no one else in the office, so I was comforted by this, knowing the appointments were spread out so that there would be no/minimal cross pollination between patients. Once inside, Dr. Youn was fully masked and covered and aside from laughing at her COVID head gear, it was just another day in the life of a wonderful Dr. Youn chat and visit and catch up session. At the end of the day, I am so glad I went. She put me at ease, in that, I got all my X-rays, my cleaning and know that my dental wellness good for another 6 months. Thank you Dr. Youn; you are the best!
